The Integrated Governance System (IGS) is a central digital platform developed for a governmental Authority in Saudi Arabia. It streamlines the end-to-end management of investor services, licensing, and regulatory processes across all economic zones, ensuring transparency, traceability, and efficiency. Key Features: - Unified Licensing: Digitizes and automates the full lifecycle of licensing and permit management, from submission to approval. - Workflow Automation: Enables rule-based approvals, document validation, and SLA tracking to reduce manual intervention. - Data Integration: Consolidates data from multiple internal systems and external entities, ensuring a single source of truth for decision-making. - Performance Dashboards: Provides real-time analytics, compliance monitoring, and operational insights for client leadership. - Investor Portal: Offers an intuitive interface for investors to apply, track, and manage their requests seamlessly.

Partnering with KPMG, Tamkeen used OutSystems to rebuild an end-of-life CRM system and revamp the existing Outsytems solution. KPMG had a key role on challenging the different business areas to change the status quo, moving from a mindset of developing software to deploy a new program to a configuration based system that enables all current programs and any future ones. The KPMG solution implements a set of reference portals and processes that can be configured to support current and future Tamkeen programs, and is able to: Cater for Tamkeen’s current and future needs; Allow for a low time-to-market of new or changed programs; and Improve customers, partners and employees experience. All processes were built using BPT for complete decoupling between business rules and screen flows for added flexibility. A custom built rules engine, dynamic forms and document checklists allows business users full flexibility and control over program’s configuration, reducing IT dependency.

The system offers various functionalities to ensure comprehensive data management. Key features of the system include: Manual Data Entry: Users can manually input new data through a series of forms, allowing for accurate and detailed record-keeping. Data Import and Export: The system supports the import and export of information, facilitating easy data transfer and integration. Third-Party Data Integration: It enables interaction with external data sources from third-party companies such as Argus and Eurotax, ensuring that the catalog is enriched with high-quality and up-to-date information. Overall, this system aims to provide a robust and efficient solution for managing a comprehensive vehicle catalog, enhancing data accuracy and accessibility.

The project aimed to modernize and streamline the Banks Onboarding workflow for small and medium-sized companies across web and mobile platforms, enabling both new and existing customers to efficiently open accounts and request additional services. Key features included: - Implementation of various automation processes, such as automatic retrieval of company information and data integration with governmental sources. - Integration of ID document and facial recognition verification, along with eKYC retrieval and automatic validations. - Development of a back-office application to facilitate the business team's workflow, covering documentation and data validation, with seamless integrations from entity creation to account opening, AML and risk validation, and document generation linked with the bank's document management system.
