Internal applications (Card Hub & Credit Card Onboarding) to respectively help Servus advisors assist members with managing services for their account and to apply for Servus MasterCard.

The application contains information about Vessels, Terminals, and their compatibility - which vessels have been to which terminals. It collects Port Feedback Forms, and it also allows for documents to be uploaded.

A case management tool has been implemented for the Corporate Access and Privacy office to handle Access to Information requests under Alberta’s FOIP Act. The system enables staff to easily and confidently track deadline changes resulting from extensions or file holds. It also allows the organization to generate reliable reports that can be shared with other business units or included in official publications. Designed with user experience in mind, the intuitive interface has significantly reduced the amount of training required for new staff.

The previous system relied on outdated scripting and heavily manual processes, which led to inefficiencies, inconsistent workflows, and a high potential for data errors. These limitations created significant challenges, particularly when it came to transferring information securely and efficiently while maintaining data integrity.
