About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior OutSystems Full Stack Developer to join a major digital transformation initiative within a large public-sector organisation. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and enhancement of a key online application used across the justice and community services ecosystem. You will work end-to-end on modernising and future-proofing a critical digital service while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications
- Work across all stages of the software development lifecycle to meet technical and functional requirements
- Build solution features following OutSystems development best practices
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code and responsive user interfaces
- Contribute to continuous improvement across development processes
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting
- Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities effectively
About You
- 5+ years of full stack development experience using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- Strong hands-on experience with the OutSystems Platform
- Experience working within Agile development environments
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, version control systems, and CI/CD tools
- Experience integrating with REST-based services and platforms such as Mulesoft
- Proficiency in SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, or MSSQL) and data modelling
- Solid understanding of web development best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business requirements
