Our client needed a single, governed view of Investments, Technical Assistance, and commercial contracts, plus faster, more accurate bonus management. Devoteam extended the contract management solution and integrated SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to centralize records and drive data-led decisions. We built APIs/web services to synchronize data across systems; delivered web back-office screens with advanced search, filters, and drill-downs; and implemented a configurable contract back office to control field visibility by role. This solution modernizes contract and bonus workflows, reduces manual reconciliation, improves data quality and auditability, and gives Finance and Commercial teams real-time insight into investments, service activity, and bonus eligibility—enabling faster closes, stronger governance, and a scalable foundation for future analytics in SAC

Our client needed a single, reliable view of every order across its own network and external distributors. Devoteam delivered a centralized order-tracking platform that consolidates status data, accelerates issue resolution, and streamlines operations. The solution includes a web Back Office for administration and ops, a reactive mobile app (DTE Mobile) for the sales team, and integrations with SAP (order data) plus multiple logistics providers (Last Mile, Rangel, CTT, Dingoo, Delivery Express) to ingest live delivery updates. Features such as unified timelines, exception/SLA alerts, and audit trails give teams real-time visibility and control. This platform reduces WISMO contacts, improves OTIF performance, and creates a single source of truth for order and delivery management.

To broaden payment reach and keep reconciliation frictionless, our client wanted to upgrade the Medpay Connect solution to asynchronous ATM references (SPG SIBS REFMB) across xHIS, proprietary app and Salesforce CRM. In 2 months with a 2-dev team, we enhanced the OutSystems 11 solution to generate a unique Payment Reference per transaction, expose APIs for web/mobile, and provide web Front Office/Back Office for operations and audit. When a reference is paid, secure callbacks update xHIS/CRM and close the case automatically, ensuring compliance, traceability, and accurate accounting for payments and refunds. The result is a consistent UX across channels, higher collection efficiency, and reduced manual effort.

Our client needed frictionless, traceable digital payments across patient channels while reducing manual reconciliation and time-to-cash. Devoteam delivered Smart PaymentLink on OutSystems 11, integrating our client's native app and xHIS with a secure payment gateway supporting MB WAY, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. For each transaction the system generates a unique payment link, validates and confirms payments in real time, and reconciles results back to xHIS—covering payments and refunds. We built APIs for web and mobile plus web Front Office and Back Office to manage operations and audit trails. Implemented in 4 months with a 2-dev team, the solution standardizes the payment experience, improves compliance, and is estimated to process 1M+ transactions/year, boosting convenience, collection efficiency, and financial control.
