Credilana is a mobile application designed to streamline new customer acquisition through a digitalized credit application process. Potential users can complete the application form, scan their documents, and verify their identity through biometric validation using their device's camera. Additionally, for registered users, Credilana offers the convenience of checking the status of their credit applications, requesting new loans, and efficiently managing their payment schedule. The application also facilitates credit payments through secure integrations with various banking institutions, providing a comprehensive and seamless user experience. Developed with OutSystems Cloud Developer, Credilana is natively available for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring optimal performance and universal accessibility.

Create a web application that will support the roll out of Remote Care to 600 stores for remote optical care visits in 2023 without negatively impacting current performance or increasing administrative workload. The web application will provide innovative solutions to optimize remote care processes, improve operational efficiency and provide an efficient and effective user experience. The ultimate goal is to offer a superior and cost-effective remote care experience for patients, and medical staff.

A Retail Optical customer needed to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. They created a reactive web application which will be the place of entry for operators to receive phone calls and help the patients to book, reschedule and cancel appointments in an efficient and easy way. They provided functionalities to: *Easily be able to search for an existent patient and edit it. *Create a new patient in the system. *Use the appointment ID of the calling patient to easily identify it.  *Book a new appointment to the called store or a nearby one.  *Reschedule an existing appointment according to availability *Cancel or confirm an appointments in an efficient way This web responsive app integrates with legacy systems to import the patients, stores and appointments information and once the appointments are created, edited or canceled the information is shared back to be updated in customer's systems.
