• Lead the design and architecture of Enterprise OutSystems Applications, implementing a comprehensive solution, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop highquality OutSystems applications and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration, deployment, and maintenance strategies.
• Manage integration points between OutSystems and existing systems, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to OutSystems best practices and architectural patterns.
• Work with stakeholders to convert business requirements to technical specifications and present solutions clearly.
• Implement robust security measures to safeguard data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Experience 

1. A degree in IT / Computer Science with 5+ years of hands-on OutSystems (.NET or NodeJS)
2. Strong architectural and design skills.
3. Strong in OutSystems Platform knowledge.
4. Experience in code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
5. Experience in integrating with other cloud solutions.
6. Excellent communication in English with strong leadership abilities.
