Healthcare Interoperability Components

Build any custom solution that requires healthcare interoperability based on the HL7® FHIR® standards using our components. These are designed to make it easy to translate healthcare data between a simple data model that makes sense to your solution and the semantically coded HL7 FHIR data model that is required for interoperability with other systems.

When you subscribe to our HL7 FHIR Components, you get a custom package of OutSystems Modules that includes the FHIR Resources that you need to support your development.

All packages include:

• FHIR Terminology application to cache Value Sets from Terminology Servers
• FHIR Foundation Library which includes shared components required by other resources
• FHIR Resource Library with the specific resources you need for your custom healthcare application (e.g. Patient, Practitioner, Organisation, Encounter, Appointment, etc.)
• FHIR Business Logic with translator Actions to interpret the FHIR resource data into the simple data structures and to generate FHIR resource data from the simple data structures.

Optionally we can also include:

• FHIR UI Blocks that visually represent elements of each included FHIR Resource that maps precisely to the simple data structures that can be used directly by your application, or passed through the Business Logic layer to interpret or generate standard FHIR resource data.
