What attracted you to OutSystems initially, and how has your perception evolved since then?

At first, what drew me to OutSystems was its standing as a leader in the low-code domain. It was a place where I could leverage a remarkable platform to impact the outcomes of countless customers worldwide.

OutSystems is also a reference in terms of culture, where collaboration and teamwork come first, and people can grow and learn in an environment built on trust, with excellence being fostered and recognized.

In what ways has OutSystems contributed to your professional growth?

OutSystems has played a key role in my professional journey. It consistently presented me with the right challenges to learn and grow, often pushing me outside my comfort zone. It also provided the necessary coaching and safety nets to ensure my success.

During my time here, I transitioned from consulting and professional services to Customer Success, which aligns perfectly with my passion. I've had the privilege of shaping this aspect of the company with an exceptional team dedicated to customer outcomes.

It also allowed me an incredible experience by challenging me and my family to move from Portugal to Singapore, where I lived for eight years and learned invaluable lessons on multicultural environments, which effectively changed how we perceive the world.

What advice would you give new OutSystems employees to succeed from day one?

Continue to be eager to learn and grow every day, there is so much we can accomplish together. Help to continue to build an environment of high performance based on feedback and trust. Don't be afraid to embrace the concept of "failing fast." Learning from your failures will only make you stronger.
