What attracted you to OutSystems initially, and how has your perception evolved since then?
From day one, OutSystems mission and innovative product captivated me. It seemed like something that would have a huge impact on the world and also on people. Simplifying the way software is built and giving people the opportunity to change their careers by learning software development in an easier way felt very cool!
Once I started the interview process and started meeting OutSystemers, I felt that this was the type of people I wanted to work with and learn from. Very smart, open, and deeply committed to the company's mission.
Throughout my journey here, I've had the privilege to interact with exceptionally bright individuals, which has been a profound growth experience, both professionally and personally. I still believe in the company's vision, and our CEO is extremely inspiring. The challenges we face here are amazing opportunities to grow, be better, and contribute to the main mission of the company.

Surrounded by amazing colleagues and under the leadership of a manager I aspire to be like, I've never felt more heard, recognized, and supported.
