Fidelidade Launches Augmented Reality App for Next-Gen Car Insurance

Fidelidade is the largest insurance company in Portugal, with a market share of 30.7%. The company adopted OutSystems in 2008 as its go-to platform for digital transformation.
In its quest to simplify its customers' experience whenever they interact with Fidelidade Group, Fidelidade was looking to digitize the whole process of submitting a car insurance claim. With the support of valantic LCS, an OutSystems partner, Fidelidade launched AutoDigital. Using augmented reality and machine learning models, customers can now remotely assess their car's existing damages in less than five minutes using a smartphone.
